01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bn5", "we", "us", "our" refers to bn5, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at bn5.bio and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the bn5 platform or who accesses any bn5 service in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a registered player on the bn5 platform, through which all gaming, financial, and communication activities take place.
• "Platform" means the bn5 website, mobile site, and any associated applications through which gaming services are made available.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a player into their bn5 account using an approved payment method, held in PKR.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits credited to a player's account by bn5 under the terms of a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process bn5 is required to carry out before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a player requests that their bn5 account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period as a responsible gaming measure.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the bn5 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bn5 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms referenced herein.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bn5. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the bn5 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the bn5 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. bn5 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will require documentary proof of age as part of KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bn5 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with bn5 or any other gaming operator that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for the benefit of, any third party.

04 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bn5 account at any time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering your bn5 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. You further agree to update your account details promptly should any of this information change. bn5 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your valid government-issued identification document.
• You must provide a valid, unique mobile number linked to your own active JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani bank account.
• You must provide a valid and unique email address that you personally own and control.
• You must create a secure password. bn5 recommends a password of at least 12 characters incorporating uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

bn5 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account without prior notice if it determines at its sole discretion that any information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or that the account is being used in breach of these terms.

05 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the bn5 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bn5 accepts the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and standard Bank Transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player account tier.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmed settlement from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments are typically settled within the same business day, subject to the processing times of your respective financial institution.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bn5 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bn5 accepts no responsibility.
• bn5 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction and to delay crediting of funds pending satisfactory verification.

Deposits made to bn5 are for the purpose of participation in gaming activities on the platform. bn5 is not a banking institution, and deposited funds do not accrue interest. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from bn5 operational capital in accordance with responsible gaming financial standards.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your bn5 account has completed KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. Where this is not possible, bn5 will process to an alternative verified payment method in the player's name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are specified in the Player Account section of the platform.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT, Monday to Friday. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
• Bonus Balance and associated winnings may only be withdrawn after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full. Attempting to withdraw funds that include unsatisfied Bonus Balance will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance portion.
• bn5 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit on any single transaction for player security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending investigation if bn5 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bn5 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

• All welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window. Expired or unclaimed bonuses cannot be credited retrospectively.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• bn5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-account claiming, use of the same IP or device across multiple accounts, or coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, suspension or permanent closure of all implicated accounts, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

08 Gaming Rules

All games available on the bn5 platform are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each individual game, as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing real money wagers.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term statistical expectations — they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during an active game round, the game will be resolved based on the server-side record of the game state at the time of the interruption. bn5's server records are the definitive source of truth for all game outcomes.
• bn5 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error has materially affected the game outcome or bet settlement, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to or debited from a player's account.
• For sports betting and cricket betting markets, bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). bn5's sportsbook rules, including rules governing voided events, abandoned matches, and in-play settlement, are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
• Players must not use any form of automated betting software, artificial intelligence, or script to interact with the bn5 platform. The use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one bn5 account, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with bn5.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials to access or operate the platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system operated by bn5.
• Using the bn5 platform for any money laundering activity or for the transfer of funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Placing bets or engaging in gaming activity on behalf of any third party, including acting as an agent for another person.
• Any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using bn5 bonuses, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bn5 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bn5 platform — including but not limited to the bn5 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bn5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bn5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any part of the bn5 platform or its content without prior written consent from bn5.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any bn5 content or software.
• Use any bn5 brand, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the bn5 platform using any automated tool or method.

Any unauthorised use of bn5 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by bn5.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bn5 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity, including losses arising from game outcomes determined by certified RNG software.
• Any technical interruption, service outage, or platform unavailability, whether or not caused by circumstances within bn5's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the systems or policies of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any Pakistani bank.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the bn5 platform, including odds, RTP figures, game rules, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. bn5's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

bn5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme in accordance with international gaming authority standards. Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment — it must never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may set session time limits and activate reality-check notifications that remind them of time spent and money wagered during each session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently suspend their access to the bn5 platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent exclusion are available. During any self-exclusion period, bn5 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days to pause play without committing to a full self-exclusion.

13 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bn5 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to your most recently verified payment method within standard processing timelines, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations or pending investigations.

bn5 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be closed after reasonable advance notice to the registered email address.
• Any regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by bn5 due to a verified breach of these terms, bn5 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred by bn5 as a result of the breach. Any such withholding will be communicated to the player in writing.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bn5 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bn5 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the registered email address or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform.

Material changes include, but are not limited to, changes to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements applicable to existing active bonuses, account closure procedures, or the introduction of new prohibited activities. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the bn5 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bn5 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and bn5 arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bn5's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a formal complaint, you must contact bn5 support in writing, clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction references, and the resolution you are seeking. bn5 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

• If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 28 days of submission, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified by bn5's licensing authority.
• bn5's records — including server logs, transaction histories, and game round data — shall be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute concerning game outcomes, account activity, or financial transactions, unless demonstrably erroneous.
• Class actions, consolidated claims, or representative proceedings against bn5 are not permitted. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
